A Bit About Me
Dr. Signe Poquette is a licensed naturopathic physician in Portland, Oregon. She provides naturopathic primary care for adults with a focus on patient-centered, inclusive medicine that meets people where they are. Dr. Poquette is passionate about integrating evidence-informed naturopathic approaches with conventional medicine — supporting her patients in building lasting health through personalized, whole-person care.
Dr. Poquette earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, followed by a competitive two-year residency in general family medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine — two of the leading naturopathic institutions in the country. Her clinical training spanned community health, family medicine, and women's health, giving her a broad foundation across the lifespan. She is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and abdominal massage through The Abdominal Therapy Collective.
Before medical school, Dr. Poquette earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seattle University, where she focused on ecology and participated in research and advocacy around the health of the Duwamish River Watershed. That work brought together her deep respect for the natural world and her commitment to community health — ultimately guiding her toward naturopathic medicine.
Dr. Poquette is proud to call Portland home and is honored to serve this community. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her family, exploring the Pacific Northwest, cooking delicious food, and picking up new creative pursuits.
